Dominic manages our coding team. At Acuity, we believe that the latest technology should be combined with human evaluation – not replace it.

Dom’s role is to ensure that we integrate the new technology (such as automated coding programs) with rigorous thinking (such as continued personal review of coding, to ensure no nuance of consumer response is lost through the technology).

He has 25 years of market research agency experience and is highly competent in accounting for open ended responses, sense checking questionnaires and promoting data consistency.
